It was my birthday a couple of weekends ago and because I invited family, a few friends, and their kiddies round to help me celebrate, I thought it important to have a birthday cake! I knew that my hubby wouldn’t think about buying one and so I decided to make one myself. And here it is …..
I used a silicone heart-shaped mould, traditional Victoria Sponge cake recipe, vanilla buttercream filling; and then decorated it with white sugarpaste icing, royal icing and silver balls. I definitely heart cake!!!
